Dr. Sushmita Bhardwaj welcomes you to her San Francisco dental practice! Dr. B, as her patients call her, is loved by them for her gentle touch and empathetic care. She takes pride in providing the highest standards of treatment to her patients and at her practice, you are guaranteed to have excellent care and wonderful experiences.
Dr. Bhardwaj graduated with honors from the University of Mary Washington where she was elected to leadership roles in the student body – including serving as the president of the Pre-Dental Society. She then continued on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Medical College of Virginia in her hometown of Richmond, Virginia.
Upon graduation, Dr. Bhardwaj further developed specialized skills through a residency in General Practice from the Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California. She continues to hone her skills through continuing education courses and keeps abreast of latest research in the field of general and cosmetic dentistry.

In her spare time, Dr. Bhardwaj enjoys spending time with her husband. Together, they love to travel and also enjoy weekend hikes on the Bay Area’s numerous beautiful trails

Dr. Bianca Miguel
Dr. Miguel is a compassionate dentist committed to providing exceptional care. Graduating cum laude from UC Davis, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UCSF School of Dentistry. She furthered her education with a general practice residency at USC, expanding her expertise in all areas of dentistry. Dr. Miguel is a lifelong learner and continues to take courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.
With a warm and welcoming approach, Dr. Miguel is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels safe, comfortable, and confident in the care they receive. Her commitment to excellence in dentistry is matched only by her desire to build lasting relationships with patients, making their dental experience a positive one.
Outside of the office, Dr. Miguel enjoys staying active with Pilates, exploring the best restaurants the city has to offer, and traveling to new destinations.
Dr. Joanna Man
Dr. Joanna Man received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honours at the
University of Toronto, after graduating from Western University with a Bachelor of Medical
Sciences (BMSc). After graduation, Dr. Man worked under Maine Medical Center and Tufts
University as an Advanced Education in General Dentistry resident for public health clinics,
serving low-income and special needs populations.
Throughout her dental career, Dr. Man earnestly tries to give back to the community through dental initiatives, including her time in Northern Ontario for underserved First Nations people and the Carribeans for the local Grenadian community.
Dr. Man knows the dentist’s chair isn’t everyone’s favorite place, which is why she does her best to make each visit a relaxed and even positive experience. With a combined focus on clear communication, gentle care, and high-quality dentistry, she
helps patients feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
In her spare time, Dr. Man loves to sing and cook. With the belief that music and food are the two most universal languages, she loves to share joyous moments with her loved ones, one song or bite, at a time.
Dr. Edrick Tan
Dr. Edrick Tan grew up in Southern California, where he developed a passion for dentistry while spending his childhood in his mother’s dental practice. He is a graduate of University of Pacific, where he completed both his undergraduate and dental education.
Dedicated to providing personalized care, Dr. Tan focuses on tailoring his treatments to meet the unique needs of each patient. He is also committed to educating his patients about the importance of prioritizing their oral health.
Outside the office, Dr. Tan enjoys playing basketball, running, and hitting the slopes on his snowboard.
Dr. Monica Armendariz
Dr Armendariz was born and raised in Turlock, CA. She completed her DDS degree at the University of California San Francisco. The need for bilingual dentists was a huge part of Dr. Armendariz’s drive to accomplish her career in dentistry. This desire to care for other Hispanics, and a little accident that involved her younger sister and a croquet ball, brought her to where she is today.
When you come in for a visit, ask her about the magic she experienced as an 11 year old with her dentist restoring her chipped front tooth. It’s quite a story!
What Dr. Armendariz loves most about dentistry is being able to communicate with the patient about the care they need. “I can’t explain the joy I get from educating my patients about their oral health. My favorite part of the day is hearing a patient say, ‘Wow, I’ve never had a dentist explain something like this to me’. It makes me excited to come into work everyday, because I know there is someone’s life I will make a difference in.” – Dr. Armendariz.

Dr Spies received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of California, San Francisco. After dental school, she completed additional training through a General Practice Residency program at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System and Stanford University.
Dr. Spies strives to provide excellent patient care with compassion. She values quality work and taking time to explain things to her patients. She aims to educate her patients, make them feel comfortable in the office, and help them be in the know about their oral
health needs.
In her free time, Dr. Spies enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Francisco Dental Society.
